Quality Inn Prattville I-65

Pool was good.

No one was at front desk upon check in, Mary was only person working, she was alone and was having to do everything, I had to wait for almost 15 minutes before she returned to desk so we could check in, not her fault she was alone. Didn't like that there was NO ELEVATOR, just stairs..Rooms was to small and crowded. Bottom of bed on the right sides had metal pieces sticking out, very sharp, cut my leg on it and this was on both beds. Room smelt a little musty, refrigerator wasn't very cold. Breakfast food, eggs and biscuits weren't warm and kitchen worker couldn't keep up with putting food out. Tables weren't cleaned but again this women was working alone. Having to rate this hotel on a scale of 1 to 5 I would give it a 2 1/2 needs some improvement and need more workers!!!!

The AC made funny noises so I did not get a great night's sleep.

Recommend for a city escape

Clean room, comfortable bedding, with a good location just off the highway, made our quick stay enjoyable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi that kept us connected while on the road.

From the moment we checked in to our departure, everything was great! It's nice to be able to travel with our dog and have the place very accommodating. The next time we are in the area, Quality Inn will be our first choice.

Decent continental breakfast in a well attended dining room.

Front-desk staff very friendly; convenient to interstate and Cracker Barrel; breakfast decent.

Bathtub did not hold water because of broken drain; non-smoking room had distinctive smell of smoke.

This Quality is pretty well managed, There's a lot of them that need help!!

This was just an overnight stop for us on the way from Nashville, TN to Destin, FL. There was some construction going on in the halls which will probably be completed soon but did not effect the rooms, which were quite adequate for an overnight stay. We were able to walk to Ruby Tuesday (with liquor license, not a dry county) for dinner. This is just outside (north) of Montgomery, Alabama. Breakfast nothing to rave about but there was a fast food restaurant close to get something.

Minor inconvenience of replacing tiles in the entrance areas of the hallways, but no big deal. Breakfast was not too great.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I think customer service makes any situation better.

It looked like we were there in the middle of a renovation, which is never good.

Great stay with clean room and nice amenities, but breakfast selection was limited.
